December 2018 Newsletter

Good Holiday Tidings!

As our SPL Team Captain pointed out in the previous update, we still have some good news and things to be thankful for, even if our local elections did not give us pro-Second Amendment victories!  So on to our December 2018 newsletter.  As always, a printable copy can be downloaded by clicking this linkEvery member that we have a current address for will receive a paper copy and paper ballot with a random serial number by November 25.  Completed ballots should be mailed back by November 30.

THE NEXT GENERAL MEETING WILL BE
MONDAY DECEMBER 3, 2018, AT 7:30 PM

● The Election of Officers for 2019 will take place at the December meeting. The official ballot is enclosed with this newsletter. You may vote in person or by mail-in/absentee ballot.

To send in mail-in ballots, mail them to Ten X, PO Box 226, Lancaster, NY 14086. Ballots must be received by Friday November 30 to count! Only ballots with a stickered serial number will be counted.  Do not mail a copy – mail the original that comes with your newsletter.

● Dues for 2019 are officially payable as of January 1. The schedule of fees continues to be $80.00 per year; $10.00 per year for the key fob. Any member who did not contribute time to the club, and who did not obtain an exemption or are otherwise excused, is subject to the assessment of $50.00 which will be “billed” separately. Any questions concerning the dues, assessments, exemptions from work, or any other details will be answered by the Treasurer, Gail Fechter, gfechter85@gmail.com.

● Our new youth shooting program is looking for members needing to fulfill their work hour requirements by the end of the year. The program meets on Fridays from 6:30 pm to approximately 8:00 pm. Members watch for safety and help the kids on a one-on-one basis. No coaching skills are needed. Contact Matt Giansante at Matt@olm1.com

● The NFPL and SPL leagues continue and match results are being posted to the website pretty much in real time. The next series of matches are:
